Are you looking for pork wonton recipes?

Ground pork is the de facto key ingredient in most Chinese wontons. There are countless pork wonton recipes because every mother or father has their own little secret recipe. Some, like me, tend to make it up as we go along, especially with whatever leftovers we have in the fridge. (^-_^)
Here are a few popular ones to help you get started. 
Pork and fresh prawns wontons1 packet of won ton wrappers
Filling150g ground pork150g fresh prawns
Seasonings for filling1/2 egg white1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cornstarchDash of pepper 
Garnish
1 stalk of finely sliced celery1 stalk of chopped spring onionsDash of sesame seed oil
DirectionsShell and devein the prawns. Wash and cut in half if they are too bigMix the ground pork and seasonings for filling together. Add dash of cold water if the mixture is too dryFold in the fresh prawnsWrap the wontonsBoil water and cook the wontons. Filling150g minced pork80g minced fish80g fresh prawns
Seasonings for filling1 tsp cooking wine1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil1/2 egg white1/2 tsp cornstarchDash of pepper
Garnish1 stalk of coriander leaves or chinese parsley or cilantroSalt & pepperDash of sesame seed oil
DirectionsShell, devein and wash the prawns. Cut into small piecesMix the ground pork, minced fish and prawns with the seasonings for filling. DirectionsWash and blanch the chinese cabbage leaves. Leave to cool, chop finely and drain off excess waterMix the ground pork with the finely chopped cabbage. Add seasonings for filling. Seasonings for filling1 tbsp cooking wine1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp sesame seed oil

DirectionsPeel the taro. Wash, cut, steam and mash it. Leave to coolMix the ground pork with the mashed taro. Add seasonings for filling. Filling250g crab meat250g ground pork1 stalk finely chopped spring onion
Seasonings for filling2 tsp cooking wine2 tsp soy sauce1 tsp minced gingerDash of cold water or soup stock
DirectionsMix the ground pork, crab meat, chopped spring onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, minced ginger together. Add cold water if mixture is too dryWrap the wontonsBoil water and cook the wontons.
